Amazing people!

I drove an hour to get here today after a recommendation from a friend. I’ve had my wheels scratched up at other places in the past but I was confident my friend would steer me right. Terry, the manager was the only one working the office and several customers already there at 9am. He greeted everyone as they came in even though he was busy helping someone. Very professional and knowledgeable. My car was taken in with minimal wait time. The technician came out and spoke to me about the wheel weights before he installed them. My tires were installed perfectly with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop, and will take the drive over every time I need tires now. 5 plus stars!!!!

Big Brand in Colfax is my favorite place for tires and wheel alignment! They are fast efficient and friendly! I am especially fond of the specials they have on the web. Today I got $25.00 off my front end wheel alignment! Took the bite out of driving over that curb… ouch!

What in the universe? Drove over a piece of metal up in Alta. Had my tire switched out with emergency tire. Drove 40mph all the way down to Magra Rd and knew I needed to get that tire back on. Gazillion truckers were ready to kill me for driving so slow. I called this shop and received a friendly and helpful voice. David, who invited me to stop in to have damaged tire checked to salvage it and put it back on. I arrived to the shop and was greeted by David’s friendly smile and kind attitude. He said they would try to save the tire. They did more than that. Kason birthed a 5” cage bolt out of my tire and sewed that girl back up and put her back on the road. Saved me from having to replace all four tires for one damaged one. I even got to keep the trophy. What’s more!?! It was completed at NO CHARGE. I could not believe this. I will be back to spend money because of these two guys. In an industry filled with distrust, especially when down and out on the side of the road in a small interstate corridor, this is a stand out business. Thanks guys for making my day! Could not have been a better experience.

These guys are awesome! Got a flat tire late on a Sunday night. They were very friendly and communicative throughout. The tire was fixed in no time and we were back on the road.
