I absolutely love this shop. I feel like they are skilled and honest about their recommendations and repairs. I was with my prior mechanic shop for about 10 years, unfortunately they sold ownership to someone with questionable integrity. I'm so glad to have found my new shop.

Big Brand Tire was very fast and got me in right away - no waiting- the service manager Jordan was very kind and helpful. They even noticed some Extra item and took care of it for me with the special “Big Brand Tire” shop glue. Honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this location. Paul and Jordan took good care of my truck, which required some extra troubleshooting as it’s an older vehicle. They were patient and thorough and got everything done properly on the vehicle. I’ll be back in the future!
