Shout out to Zack at the casa grande location. For someone who isn't familiar with cars and tires he took the extra time to ensure that I understood why certain recommendations were being made. The team was considerate of my time and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend this location for the customer service alone.

Very honest mechanic shop. I brought my car in for a tire repair assuming and preparing to be up sold on getting new tires, they patched my tire did an alignment check addressed my concerns on a noise it was making and checked everything they could to find out the issue, after 2 hours and 2 tests drives to try and locate the problem they found out it was just aging plastics and assured me it wasn't an issue and they didn't charge me a dime for anything. I already had an appointment to get 4 new tires for my truck which they had the best prices on, today was a vibe check they all passed on from the front desk to the manager to the technicians all were above what I expected. After I get the new tires for my truck I'll be getting new tires on my car with them as well. Very good experience and might be the best mechanic shop interaction I've had.

Went there today for a tire repair and tire rotation.They advised that the tire I wanted repaired could be a road hazard and advised not using or trusting it .I appreciated their honesty and co-operation. Was very comfortable and trusted their decisions.Highly recommend them to do business with!
