This is our second visit. We used their great 90 day financing option and were able to get our car in and out quickly. We will be back again for snow tires.

If i ever move to Carson, Big Brand Tire & Service would be my place to go for my car troubles. They absolutely help me when my vehicle went limp. Jeff and Tom absolutely helped us. They went above and beyond. They were my angels in my distress and overwhelming chaotic moment. They gave us a ride to our hotel and helped us align our car to the uhaul. Super grateful for this place.

Been to Big Brand multiple times and each time has been an excellent experience. They were able to squeeze me in on extremely short notice for a burnt bulb on my lunch break and finished within 25 minutes. Jeff is wonderful and always pleasant to do business with. :)

I discovered a nail in my tire and was able to book an appointment online in just a few minutes. The whole process was super easy. I brought my car in, and within two hours my tire was repaired and ready to go. Even better, they fixed the flat for free! I really appreciate the great service and quick turnaround. When it's time for new tires, we'll definitely be back.
