They were able to get us in quickly, our appointment was on time, service was quick, and less than the estimate. Our technician was great at explaining what was wrong, what we needed what we were going to need in the future, and printed out a copy of our Carfax.

Had a radiator leak. These folks ordered genuine KIA parts, fixed that problem as well as replaced my battery, did service maintenance, and rotate my tires & balance. They stayed in touch with me and showed me what needed to be done. All are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

awesome, awesome, awesome! on two separate occasions they fixed my flat tire for free. tires that were purchased elsewhere! I brought my car in for an alignment. saved at least $40 compared to other local shops. yesterday when I felt a strange wobble while driving in the snow storm, with no hesitation, I called Big Brand. I dropped my car off, dreading what the diagnosis was gonna be. not to mention the cost to fix it! all I could think of was how many hundreds to fix whats broken. not only did they fix the problem, how they fixed the problem was genius! not only do the employees provide excellent customer service on every level, they're smart!! I called several tire stores and nobody could fit me in to get my tires re-balanced after my balancing weights came off my tire, which hindered me from driving over 50mph. I had to wash off a bunch of mud from my truck and that is what caused the weights to come off. Not only did Big Brand tires fit me with their limited staff they scraped off all the excess mud inside my tire well. Great service, highly recommend. Thanks guys!
