Genuinely the best mechanic I've been to. They did a complete inspection of my car, except for the engine, completely free. Then did another diagnosis on broken down car (accurate results) for free. I ended up wanting to tow it out and the kept it for 3 days no problem. Even helped me get it ready to tow it out. Honest, punctual, quick, fair, and, most importantly, really nice. Highly recommend them for any car service you need.

Had to leave a review for the awesome experience I just had at the big brand in Canoga Park. I had a flat on a Saturday afternoon. They quickly saw me diagnosed the nail patched it up and I was in and out in 30 minutes, thank you Kyle. You’re the man!

They didn’t have the tire I wanted, but they said they’d get it for me. They got it within an hour and had the whole job done within three hours and I came in late on a Friday evening so they impressed me.

I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service in Canoga Park. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They explained what needed to be done, answered my questions, and didn’t make me feel pressured. The service was fast, the pricing felt fair, and I really appreciated how friendly everyone was. It’s hard to find a tire and auto service shop you feel comfortable trusting, but this location did a great job. I would definitely come back and recommend them to anyone in the Canoga Park area.
