I love this place. As an older lady, I am treated with respect. They always fix everything perfectly, and leave my vehicle as clean as I brought it. I'm car save and not once have they ever tried to scam me. They do their best to save me money. I will always come back for this kind of service! Super friendly, very professional people. One of the more $$$ break repair shops in town, but also much more bang for your buck. It's true, you get what you pay for, and with Big Brand (BB) I recieved high quality timing and service. Needless to say, they exceeded my expectations which weren't low to begin with. I initially came to BB for a free break inspection well aware of brake service needed, and they allowed me into the shop for an in-person analysis of each brake pad/ rotor, and more importantly didn't try to sell caliper replacements that weren't necessary. That for me was a clincher. I asked them to go ahead and knock out all four if they could get me in today, and they not only got me in today, they kept my car on the lift and went right to work. They had the work done in two hours and I had my car back riding better and safer. I rarely give five stars out, but this was well earned and deserved. Buyer confidence is everything, and as a result, I have a new project I will be bringing to them very soon. I highly recommend you do the same. You won't be sorry.

For his first week Andrew is doing great. He provided excellent customer service, Very knowledgeable, but what impressed me most. He is not afraid to ask questions himself as the new guy. He is a great addition to their team!

TJ and Andrew, combined with their coworkers behind them that work together to make the magic happen, are worthy of a few compliments following my service today. The manager, TJ, displays excellence and professionalism in a way that stood out to me. Andrew echoed that professionalism and pleasant communication to a T upon arrival. Both helped me fix a years long problem with my vehicle today that several other mechanics had refused to fix without diagnostics. What was special about how they handled my situation was the way that they listened to me. Like I was a human, and not an idiot. That alone is a miracle in the mechanic business. Their behavior demonstrated no judgement, no unnecessary upsells, thorough transparency, much appreciated honesty, and obvious respect for the customer (me). After the repair, they handled my barrage of questions about the condition of my vehicle and how to maintain it in the future with positivity and thorough explanations. They were kind enough to teach me more about maintaining my own vehicle. I enjoyed their willingness to educate me and encourage me as I learn to maintain my vehicle without a dealer holding my hand. It felt great to be able to request a specific service be performed, provide the diagnostic evidence I gathered as to why I was requesting that service, and not have comprehensive diagnostics aggressively pushed towards me. Most repairs for the average human and their vehicle definitely do require diagnostics, but I had performed them myself. TJ simply explained that I would be on my own regarding warranty on repairs and parts if I did not pay for diagnostics to confirm the issue, but still agreed to move forward as long as I understood that. That is the right way to handle that. I accepted responsibility and the fact that I would not have a warranty. I explained that that was the way I had to do things because I simply do not have enough money to do both the service and the diagnostics. I had performed similar (not as good as them) diagnostics myself to confirm the issue. He understood!! He listened!! I’ve never experienced such a professional and non-degrading interaction like the one I had with TJ from any other mechanic when asking for diagnostic bypass and specific maintenance to be done. I appreciate it so much. For those who do not understand what I am talking about, I can summarize by saying they treated me like a human being, listened to what I had to say, educated me on the pros and cons of my decisions, and accepted my abnormal request to perform very specific services that other mechanics might refuse to do without performing expensive diagnostics beforehand. I have a decent (nowhere near expert) amount of knowledge involving vehicle maintenance, and have some equipment that I used to isolate a certain part that needed to be replaced, so do not follow in my footsteps unless you know exactly what you are doing. Get the diagnostics done if at all possible. I’m simply outlining their flexibility by detailing their very respectful responses to my weird requests. The best part was being listened to and trusted that I had investigated the issue myself, and their willingness to perform the repair with reasonable conditions attached was so refreshing. This shop stands out among the 20+ others I have visited in Tucson over the last 15 years. You might say the shop is a diamond in the rough. The manager TJ ensures that every customer is satisfied with their repair, and if/when an oopsie happens, he actually does things beyond apologizing to make it right! That’s an incredible commitment to customer service these days. It deserves recognition. To summarize, I would happily recommend the Big Brand Campbell location in Tucson to my own family for their maintenance and repair needs. There are increasingly few chain branded mechanic locations that operate on a such a transparent, trustworthy, and reliable basis in Tucson. I was thoroughly impressed by the speed, honesty, and patience/willingness to work with my specific needs. Great job guys! I will be visiting again.
