Eric @ Big Brand Tires on Broadway in Tucson did a great job working with my 20yr old college son with his tire. He showed him how to put his donut on (which he actually already was taught, but was stressed to do himself). My son explained he still had a warranty with a different tire company on that tire. Eric told him to keep moving to where he bought tire a month earlier. Eric didn't make a sale today, but he absolutely gained a future customer because we will be frequenting his shop! THANK YOU ERIC:)

Eric and the guys did an awesome job on my car! I had a blowout on my road trip and a lot of places would’ve taken advantage of that. Not Eric he got me a new tire, topped off all my fluids for free and even did a rotation for me. Most places would’ve charged you for that! 10/10 service

These guys really go above and beyond to help. I went in with a bolt in my tire expecting to pay, only to find they do free flat repairs! Despite making no money off of the service, they were incredibly kind and professional, and definitely went the extra mile for me.

Eric is the most informative manager I have ever experienced. He took time to explain everything in great detail and never made me feel rushed. As a woman, this is a huge thing because mechanics & parts stores can be known to price gauge women. Eric made it very clear that he works with integrity first.
