The team at the Anthem Big Brand do exactly what I ask them to do every time. Dialing in my lifted Toyota/Jeep alignments, along with correctly road force mounting and balancing larger E rated tires. Hard to find shops that actually listen, these guys do.

Visited this morning because I had a nail in my tire. They repaired it for me and told me tire repairs are free of charge which I didn’t know before visiting! Service was friendly and everyone I spoke with was helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a blowout and took my car to Firestone and they quoted me $655 and were almost forcing me to get 2 tires. The tires were less than 6 months old, but I maybe accidentally drove over a curb like an idiot, but the tires were new. So they were going to charge me $1185 and that included a 10% discount they were giving me "to be nice." I live in Anthem so i called around and took it into Big Brand and they got a tire same day and installed. I asked for an oil change while I already had the car in there. I ended up paying $390 out the door for the tire and synthetic oil change. They were very nice and updated me alot. I WILL be using them for tires as long as I live in Anthem.

Highly recommend! I took my car in to have my brake pads replaced, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and they were able to get my car taken care of quickly. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely come back again!

Great experience with Big Brand Tire & Service in Anthem. Skylon and Fernando took great care of me and my Tundra. They replaced the CV axle/boot and serpentine belt, did excellent work, and really went the extra mile. They even took care of the alignment at no additional charge. Friendly, professional, honest service and great communication throughout. Really appreciate these guys taking care of me and getting everything done right. Highly recommend!
