Extremely knowledgeable, professional and great value! I've been going here for the past couple of years for tires, services and various maintenance items on two vehicles. They are very helpful and always seem to know how to fix the problem. Thanks especially to Mark in the front office who provides excellent service. Highly recommended.

Free tire rotations! So I was on line for my appt for a tire rotation at Discount Tire. After 20 minutes I was only half way to the front desk to check-in, so called Big Brands to see if they could take me. They said they could, in 20 minutes. I went over, they took my car back 10 minutes later and about 1/2 hour from when I arrived it was done. That is faster than Discount Tire has ever been for me (once it was over 2 hours). Going to bring my other car here for service next week.
