The Big Brand Tire & Service at Aliso Viejo location is a great place to get your car repaired. The service is honest, courteous and efficient. Make sure you talk to Jeremiah. He is very nice young man & he provides excellent service all the time. . I have been bringing my cars for different types of repairs. And I am very satisfied with the repairs & services here Jeremiah will get your car fixed in a very timely manner & the wait time always much shorter when comparing to other auto mechanics shop. I also appreciate very much for the service today from Gil. He fixed up my flat tire in less than 20 minutes. This is great efficiency. And I won't be late for my next appointment. Keep up the good work & thank you for all the staff at the Big Brand Tire & Service @ Aliso Viejo. They work well as a great team together.

I ran into an unexpected tire issue, on a Sunday, and my car wasn’t drivable. Larry handled everything with such care and understanding. They immediately worked to find a solution and made sure I wasn’t left stranded. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping me, and their professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. Truly excellent customer service!

Very satisfied with the alignment service at BigBrand Tire (Aliso Viejo). Friendly staff, clear communication, and no upselling. The technician explained the issue and fixed it quickly. My Tiguan drives perfectly straight now. I’ll definitely be back for future service.
