My special needs daughter & I were dealing with my husband at the VA Hospital ER..with a tire that ran over a SCREW..I had to get that tire fixed for (hopefully) his release, & to head back home to the far northwest side of Tucson. When I saw the sign of BIG BRAND..I pulled in..it was very near closing time! Got out & walked in to be greeted by Mr. Kamilo Gomez, the store manager. I explained my situation…he was absolutely ready to help me…and actually FIX the tire! I was SO AMAZED & SO GRATEFUL.. Some days are full of darkness…some days are as BRIGHT AS CAN BE! Lots of my family live on that side of Tucson… Whom I will give rave reviews of your kindness & experience! Traveling through AZ we discovered a leaky tire so stopped at Big Brand to get it checked out. They looked at it immediately, found a nail and repaired the tire very quickly. We went to pay our bill and they said "no charge"! Fantastic service, would highly recommend.
