Had some issues with my suspension. A few shops couldn't locate the issue. Came into Big Brand for new tires and mentioned my issue. It was recommended that Jesus, their car guru, take a look. He was able to locate the issue and get resolved in a day. After several mechanic getting stumped I'm glad they had Jesus take a look. Friendly service techs and a professional approach. They walked me out to the vehicle and literally showed me the issue, took time to explain it and even helped me with my tight budget. Cant recommend them enough. Honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable.

I went for an alignment, found I had broken bushing and they provided several options no nonsense sales tactic, after further examination we realized the entire rack and pinion had to be replaced. Nick did a great job breaking down cost and assuring me it was the right decision needless to say I couldn’t be happier with the results, I will be back for any unexpected future repairs.

Popped in during my 30-hour road trip because of a weird rattling in my rear tire. Turns out my lug nuts weren't properly seated - a detail unnoticed by two previous shops!
