I don’t hand out praise lightly, especially in the automotive industry—but Isabel at Big Brand Tires absolutely earned it. As a warranty administrator supporting 15 dealerships across the Phoenix area, I deal with repair facilities every day. Unfortunately, great customer service is rare. Isabel was the exception. She was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable from the start. What really stood out was her attention to detail—she provided a complete, transparent estimate with clear complaint, cause, and correction. Not just a vague parts list or a one-line diagnosis.
