I just bought a Toyota Prius and it was on a 15-day warranty, so I shopped around and found that Big Brand Tire & Service in Prescott Valley did complimentary checks. Nock and Curt were at the front desk and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was checked thoroughly. The staff members there were so kind and attentive. I've never experienced such great service at a tire and service place. I would highly recommend to anyone living in the vicinity or even outside of the vicinity to come and get all of their needs met at this service facility. Thanks again guys, you were amazing.

These people are very kind and honest! They perform some services and checks for free and don’t overcharge. While waiting for service on my car, I witnessed them going above and beyond for another customer, calling other shops and doing what they could to provide for the customer something that they didn’t have themselves. They have my business for life!

Ive used this shop in the past, during the great C-19 scare. Then they didn't think they could get the parts but did and also did great work at a great price. So when I needed to get an oil change, have my front end inspected and also a leveling kit put in my truck (2nd gen Tundra) I decided to use them again. So glad i did!! Once again I got great service at a great price. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and very friendly, they do really care about their customers!!
