I went to a tire shop in Glendale to fix a flat tire but was told that the tire was not repairable so I took my car to Big Brand Tire and they fixed it for free. The most valuable thing for me was their customer service so I would definitely go back there again if I needed tire service.

Amazing service! Professional, polite, quick, efficient… I came with a fully flat tire with a baby in the car. They ran to the car, took care of everything in no time! I already recommended them to a few friends.

I've been a customer for Western Tire and now with Company Name Change has not interrupted their excellent service and staff is superior , honest to what your car needs to be safe in the road. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your car when finished and you walk out the door.....thank you and appreciate your time with your customers.

This company is so good. I’ve been knowing and going there since the early 90s. I forgot I moved away and just happen to stop over there one day to check my tires to get some located and they said you are a customer here from way back and they rotated my tires for free and that is their policy still today so it just made me happy to honor them and to start doing business with them again, so that’s where I’ll be buying my tires from now on five star plus far as I’m concerned that’s good business .

Brian was exceptionally helpful. He accommodated my car on the spot to check my tires , rotated them and gave me information on what service my car needs later on. He put my mind at ease and trust their services completely. I highly recommend their service. 😊
