Sophia was wonderful! My price was exactly as quoted, the service was very quick. I love my tires, the service I received and that they carry Nokians, whose tire line are largely if not entirely made in USA and they are above average in snow.

I love Big Brand Tires! I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced at a different business and was told that I needed to have the front rotors and brake pads replaced within a month or I could ruin the new back brakes. I decided to get a second opinion at Big Brand Tires and they told me I still had 5000 miles left on my front brake pads and didn’t need new rotors. I drove my car eight more months and just had the brake pads replaced. I appreciate their honesty and they are very friendly with great service. Big Brand Tires is where I will take my car to be serviced from now on!

I love the Jackson Big Brand Tires! I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced at a different location and was told that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced as soon as possible or I could ruin the new rear ones. I decided to get a second opinion from Big Brand Tires and they told me the rotors were fine and that I still had 5000 miles left on my brake pads. I drove another eight months and just had the front brake pads replaced at Jackson Big Brand Tires. They have great service, reliable friendly employees and I really appreciate their honesty. Jackson Big Brand Tires is my new car service center.

We were in Jackson for the weekend. We had just left a restaurant and I noticed a screw in my tire. We googled a tire shop and headed that way when I passed big brand tire I turned right around and pulled in. My husband went inside and spoke with the employee. They came out to look at the tire and said maybe we can patch it or you will need a new tire. So we waited 30 mins at the most. They were able to patch my tire. They didn't charge me a dime. We left a nice tip for the employees! Thanks Big Brand! ✌️💚

I ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them installed and balanced here for a price advertised on the Tire Rack website. It was comparable to two other choices in the area. Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
