I visited yesterday originally for an oil change, and ended up doing something with my coolant as well (I have zero knowledge when it comes to cars so take that assessment with a grain of salt). I wish I had asked for their names because they were so wonderful, quick, and helpful. The woman I was speaking with and handling the transaction went over the top to accommodate me. I usually take the time to gather trash and such things in my car while getting an oil change, and she offered to throw it all away for me! She had curly hair and was wearing a super bad t-shirt 🤣 there were two men working on my vehicle and they were super nice as well, one of them even got me a cold water! One guy with short hair and the other with long curly hair. I hope they get the recognition they deserve, truly treating customers with respect and offering patience throughout the visit. As far as the price, I would say very reasonable. Like I said, zero clue on the topic of cars, but it was definitely cheaper than other places I’ve been to. That being said, as a young woman it’s easy to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and up charge me (which has been done before) just because they can. But they were super transparent and gave me different price range options, as well as explaining the differences. I felt like I was getting exactly what I needed without being overcharged. Overall the greatest experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change and I will take it there from now on! Thanks y'all!

Have been going to Big Brand since the previous store--Lucas Tire--opened. Have so many good experiences with both I have often recommend them to friends, who also have had great experiences.

Needed a system inspection for re-registration. In and out super quick. Couldn’t have been faster and plenty of waiting area while service was completed.

Awesome service with great people. Setting up the appointment and all is a breeze. So was bringing in the car and checking in. Prompt, courteous and friendly folks. Though the address reads Burnet Rd, the customer parking and entrance is off of Rich Creek Rd. The place is at the corner of Burnet Rd and Rich Creek Rd. Just be aware as Google maps may lead you into the exit way of the garage.
