I had a great experience working with these guys on my 2015 Jeep patriot. They diagnosed a bad wheel bearing based on my description of some sounds I was hearing, and they got it repaired and back to me for under $500 within a couple of days

Honestly, I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Busy or not, they take care of you fast and without any hassle. Jaden and the guy at the front counter are fantastic, and the mechanics in the back are friendly, professional, and super quick. What I love is that when you make an appointment, they actually respect your time. You just scan the QR code and you're good to go. But even if you walk in or do a drop-off, they never turn you away. On top of that, I drive a hybrid, and it's usually a headache finding a shop that knows how to work on them. These guys take it with no problem, fix it up, and give it back running better than before. I love this place! welcoming, attentive, and remarkably organized. Check-in couldn't be easier; you scan a quick QR code, and they get you taken care of right on time for your appointment. Even when you have to do a last-minute walk-in or drop-off, they never hesitate or turn you away. The mechanics in the back are absolute professionals—quick, thorough, and genuinely friendly. As a hybrid owner, finding a shop with technicians who genuinely know what they’re doing can be a real headache. They handle my hybrid with zero issues, complete the repairs fast, and hand the keys back with the car running better than it did before. I wouldn't trust my vehicle anywhere else!

Great place to bring your vehicle for any service. I’ve had my inspection, new tires and car repairs done at Big Brand tire & Service and as a woman I’ve always felt that the workers are very honest and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

I’ve been to these guys three different times every time I’ve been there they’re professional places clean their responsive. They were quickly they do what they say and they say what they’re gonna do. I can’t speak more highly of this group of professional car repair people.

I only go to this BBT location. Whether it's the Mgr Jayden or his assistants, Sam or Austin, they're all knowledgeable and ready to help. We all have heard the repair shop horror stories. Not here. They are honest, fair and don't try to pad the ticket. Two of my three daughter's go here and they treat them just like me. The third one will go there when she starts driving next year.
