The staff here was great. I got the tires I wanted for a good price, tires were in when I arrived for the installation appointment. I was in and out in less than one hour, and I am very pleased with the Michelin tires for my Subaru Outback and the GREAT customer service provided.

My wife and I, halfway through our 2500 mile roadtrip discovered that our travel trailer tires' valve stems were disintegrating. Luckily, we stopped at Big Brand Tire & Service for expert help. We were treated above and beyond expectations and our problem valve stems were replaced at no charge.
