Had a nail in my tire, Called asked if they could squeeze me in and they did! Great follow through and communication and didn’t even charge me for the fix! Will definitely come back when I need new tires.

I highly recommend this location (Sebastopol, CA). I knew i had a screw in a tire and drove from San Francisco to Sebastopol... I was planning to return to SF later that evening, so was stressing about getting the tire fixed. It was my birthday and thought I should not tempt fate - risking the drive back to the city before having the tire repaired. I pulled into Big Brand Tire with only 14 minutes before they closed. Although they were clearly wrapping up business for the day, they fixed my tire and charged me $ZERO!! I was able to celebrate my birthday with my family and return to the city without the stress of worrying about being stranded at the side of the road in the middle of the night. Many thanks to you all for your excellent customer service. I will drive out of my way - even with a leaking tire - to be your customer ;)
