I will never forget this place. My son was born, and after 10 days in the NICU we were allowed to drive home (Chicago). One to two hours before leaving, I realized I was losing pressure in one tire. The team was very helpful and fixed it — they were confident the fix would hold for 2,000 miles. When I asked for the price: nothing. I could not believe it — I did not know they fixed tires for free!! After another 2 days, we were back home safely. Thank you !

I thought for sure I was going to need a new tire(s) because I had a screw about 3/4 of an inch from the sidewall. I brought it in expecting the worst and they managed to patch it. I’m getting toward the latter half of mileage on my tires and they easily could have convinced me to get a whole new set, but instead they patched it up, handed me my keys, and sent me on my way. Didn’t pay a dime. I trust this place.

Everyone is so friendly and willing to assist on the multiple occasions that I have been here. After shopping around, they had the best tire prices and many different brands to choose from. Services were quick, and appointment scheduling was easy. I will definitely use Big Brand Tire & Service for future services!

Price was about the same for most places. Yet, I did find some location more expensive then these guys. They were friendly, knew what they are doing. I know it's only an oil change. Yet many places can't do it 2 hrs before closing. Many don't have the right oil as I have a diesel VW. They used the right filter and I didn't have to tell them my car takes 5.8 q of oil. They knew it all. Checked everything else in my car.

Nice folks. They mean what they say when it comes to their free services! Although I have had to wait a while for services to be done they have always been upfront with the wait time and it’s been accurate, so no complaints there. Overall really appreciate Big Brand Tire and Service:
