Amazing team over at Big Brand Tire in Placerville, CA! Noticed a tire problem around noon on my vehicle so I popped in to ask about it. Even though they were really busy, they fit us in and fixed the problem on site! We were done by 3 pm when they closed. They also helped us document something we required for insurance. Super friendly, knowledgeable fellas! And they’re open on Sundays!! We will totally use this place again!!

I always have a great experience with this tire company! The staff was quick, professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. What I super appreciate the most is that they don’t try to upsell me or push anything I don’t need. They took care of exactly what I came in for and did a great job. I came in with a multi problem, old truck. It took a couple of attempts for all to be revealed, as it was complex. The dedication to the task at hand involved many of Big Brands Tire's staff. All involved were outstanding and went a few extra miles to do so. I've been a customer since the 90's and appreciate their service. It's the employee that make it happen. Coming home to the Bay Area from Tahoe, the plastic splash guard under the front of my Toyota Prius came loose and was dragging. This happened just outside of Placerville. I pulled into Big Brand and some of the kindest folks in the auto repair business fixed us up well and quickly. We were on the road and they knew it. They could have charged us just about anything! Instead they were so fair. Robbie and Devendre (am I spelling that right?) are just the best. I would trust them with anything auto related. Highly recommended!

Robbie and her team hooked me up with a trailer tire so I could get home with piece of mind incase I had another blowout. They were booked on a Saturday and got it swapped out in 30 minutes while we were down the street eating lunch. They are open on Sunday as well, which is great if you need a tire fast. Placerville is a cute gold mining town, friendly people. I will plan to go visit the town, spend some time shopping, looking at the historic buildings and pop in and say hi to the folks at Big Brand Tire! Thanks for taking care of my needs.

I was out of commission for a couple weeks without a car. Finally got my new struts and tires on and I needed an alignment very bad and at first he told me two days. I said I need it today please is there anything you can do he had it done within half an hour? It was awesome.
