I had a nail in my tire. Got an app scheduled same to have it repaired. In and out in less than an hour. Amazing service, nice guys and even brought my 4 year old and had a table with coloring books to keep him busy. Will be returning for other services.

They installed tires and performed an alignment. Due to daily circumstances, they had to stay late and perform alignment.

I’ve been taking my car here for several years. It used to be Red Mountain and I was happy to see the same people when I went in after they had a presumed change in ownership. Have always had good experiences here and appreciate their service and communication. I’ve had auto work and oil changes done there with no issues. And more reasonably priced than other places.

Jody was phenomenal in assisting with everything I needed to get done on my truck. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The technician Alberto did a great job! Highly recommend Big Brand tire & auto in Mesa off Recker & McKellips. They are fast, friendly, thorough and will not overcharge or talk you into getting unnecessary work done.
