I recently brought my 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan to Big Brand Tire & Service after it suddenly refused to start. Angelo, the service manager, quickly diagnosed the problem as the vehicle's main computer module. Since the part is no longer manufactured, finding a replacement was a real challenge. Angelo went above and beyond, searching nationwide until he located one and got our beloved "antique" back on the road. I've been bringing vehicles to this location for many years, even before the recent change in ownership, and I'm pleased that Angelo is still there providing the same outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, persistent, and genuinely committed to helping customers—he's the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommended.
