I arrived at this place when they were about to close. I asked them if they could check one of the tires because seemed like it had a nail. They were super nice to check the tire. They removed the nail and they probably left like 20 minutes after their regular work hours. Great service and they did not charge anything. I’m so grateful that they fixed my tire because I would’ve been stranded here in Fresno. I live in Madera. Great service even when they knew they wouldn’t be charging anything. Thank you so much! God bless you guys!

Great service, earlier I went to another place to get a oil change and tire rotation well apparently the tires did not get rotated I was told something about there's more tread in the front than there is in the back so there's no sense in rotating the tires, I find that hilarious. Went to Big Brand tire did the rotation for absolutely free very pleased very fast very efficient I will be bringing my service to this place from now on.

I had replaced my tire pressure sensors but my vehicle was not recognizing them. I tried the OEM guidance and Amazon pairing tools, with no success. They were able to pair them for very low cost and same day service. Most shops would've probably upsold me new sensors whether I need them or not. I appreciated my experience at BBT and will definitely return.
