I had a great experience with Big Brand Tire. I originally took my Jeep to another shop, and they wanted to charge nearly $200 just to inspect it—which didn’t sit right with me. So I decided to look around and found Big Brand Tire. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and professional. They performed a full inspection of my suspension and brakes completely free of charge, which was a huge relief. Not only that, but they were very thorough and took the time to explain what they found without any pressure or upselling. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both honest and customer-focused, but Big Brand Tire definitely delivered. I’ll be coming back here for future service and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and friendly auto care.

Outstanding service!! Stopped in with a nail in my tire and Tony was quick and friendly to help me out. I went close to closing, but he was very understanding and professional. This was my first time but not the last time as I was extremely impressed and highly recommend them for your auto service needs!

Fast friendly and reasonable prices. I don't know if it's just a promotion but there are many standard services that are included with even just a oil change that they do for free. I don't need tires right now , but I'll be back for sure.
