I had a great experience with Big Brand Tire. I originally took my Jeep to another shop, and they wanted to charge nearly $200 just to inspect it—which didn’t sit right with me. So I decided to look around and found Big Brand Tire. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and professional. They performed a full inspection of my suspension and brakes completely free of charge, which was a huge relief. Not only that, but they were very thorough and took the time to explain what they found without any pressure or upselling. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both honest and customer-focused, but Big Brand Tire definitely delivered. I’ll be coming back here for future service and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and friendly auto care.
