Big Brand Tire and Service on IH35 South San Antonio IS the BEST tire service. My 2015 Ram 3500 Dually had been shaking in the rear since I bought it. Forums stated that it was common and acceptable. Road force balance, Drive shaft u joint replacement, drive shaft balance and, yeah, other stuff was suggested repair. SMH..I suffered for the first 3 months, then I found these dudes. I called, explained my problem and Kevin said bring it in let us look at it cause we've worked on dually's with no returning issues. So I did, they saw, they conquered. Ive had a smile on my face ever since. Feel confident that taking your vehicle's for any future services. Thank you BIG Brand.

I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at Big Brand Tires on Pan Am Expressway in San Antonio, Texas. On a Sunday afternoon during a holiday weekend, they went above and beyond to help me locate and order a tire when most places that day simply said, “Sorry.” Not only did they get everything arranged, but they also took excellent care of my car until I was able to return a week later to pick it up. Kevin was fantastic throughout the entire process—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the facility was exceptionally clean, which says a lot about the pride they take in their business. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend Big Brand Tires to anyone looking for honest, reliable service!

Fast and friendly service! Kevin at the front service counter was very helpful and also friendly. Had my car diagnosed same day I took it to them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get some repairs done and not wanting to wait multiple days.
