I've been using this location for a long time, and they fixed my tires previously. They are absolutely the most honest, wonderful guys that work there. This time, I brought my son's car in, and I got to give huge kudos to Sean and Ryan for a fantastic job.i trusted them, zero pressure. They came with facts and did a fantastic job with the car. They now fix everything, not just tires, and did a phenomenal job. They just took care of me from A to Z in terms of fixing the car up, and I really appreciate it. They went above and beyond. Prices are reasonable, and just absolutely wonderful service. They rotate tires for free, even if you've never done a tire purchase there before. Absolutely wonderful and huge kudos. Thank you, Sean. I will now bring all my cars into you all.

Best place to go for my tires and car service by far! Best customer service by David and all associates and work was always done in a timely manner and everything explained to me how I could understand. Absolutely the best tire shop I've ever seen. They did my tire rotation in 10 minutes. Usually, other shops take half a day for this, and you don't know whether you should wait at the facility or Uber home. You lose your entire day for a tire rotation. And you know what? These guys did it for free, even though I hadn't previously bought my set of tires there. I 100% recommend and will be coming back here myself if I need something.

Dropped off my car to have new tires installed and an alignment as well. Explained what they will be doing and have me a time on how long it will take between 2 to 3 hours. Professional service overall as this is my go to place for my tires.

We had a wonderful experience at Big Brand Tires. From the moment I called, the phone conversation was pleasant and professional. When we arrived, the manager, Tim, greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Tim is a very kind and caring gentleman. He took the time to explain what part of our tire could be repaired and what could not. He gave us an accurate estimate of how long the repair would take and even invited us to come inside, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee while we waited. We didn’t expect to receive such outstanding customer service, especially on a busy Friday without an appointment. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Best of all, they were able to repair our tire instead of making us replace it. Their honesty, professionalism, and kindness truly earned our trust. We highly recommend Big Brand Tires, and a special thank you to Tim, Alex, Christian & Rich for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
