Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Pleasanton, CA 94588

I appreciate the honesty and great work. Great detail on the vehicle to where I know what’s wrong and they fixed it.

Wow! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are the nicest guys in the world - remembered my dogs name - and to my surprised charged me nothing for my tire repair (slow leak) and tire rotation! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Big shout out to Sean and Jaylyn for saving my *** on a late Sunday afternoon by fixing my flat tire. My week will start right thanks to them. I'll recommend this shop without hesitation! And there was no charge for it!!

Very fast with repairs. Great work done. Extremely satisfied!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Big Brand Tire & Service here in Pleasanton, and I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience was. From the very first moment I walked through the door, the customer service was genuinely exceptional. The entire team was so kind, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I felt valued and that all my questions were answered with great care and patience. Not only are their prices remarkably fair and competitive, but they also generously provided some additional discounts, which was such a pleasant surprise. Furthermore, the repair time was completely on point—everything was handled efficiently and finished right within the expected timeframe, meaning I could get back on schedule without any hassle. The tires they offer are of top-tier, trusted brands and outstanding quality, giving me complete peace of mind on the road. It is truly wonderful to find a local business that combines such high-level professionalism with genuine warmth and honesty. I 100% recommend Big Brand Tire & Service to anyone in the area looking for reliable automotive care. Thank you so much to the entire team for such an outstanding experience!

They were great to us. We had a flat on 680. They got us in and fixed us up right then and there to get us back on the road quick. Good service good prices. Shawn at the front was very nice.

I've been using this location for a long time, and they fixed my tires previously. They are absolutely the most honest, wonderful guys that work there. This time, I brought my son's car in, and I got to give huge kudos to Sean and Ryan for a fantastic job.i trusted them, zero pressure. They came with facts and did a fantastic job with the car. They now fix everything, not just tires, and did a phenomenal job. They just took care of me from A to Z in terms of fixing the car up, and I really appreciate it. They went above and beyond. Prices are reasonable, and just absolutely wonderful service. They rotate tires for free, even if you've never done a tire purchase there before. Absolutely wonderful and huge kudos. Thank you, Sean. I will now bring all my cars into you all.

Best place to go for my tires and car service by far! Best customer service by David and all associates and work was always done in a timely manner and everything explained to me how I could understand. Being a single mom knowing that I have a reliable place to bring my car really brings peace to me! Thank you so much everyone there!!

Absolutely the best tire shop I've ever seen. They did my tire rotation in 10 minutes. Usually, other shops take half a day for this, and you don't know whether you should wait at the facility or Uber home. You lose your entire day for a tire rotation. And you know what? These guys did it for free, even though I hadn't previously bought my set of tires there. I 100% recommend and will be coming back here myself if I need something.

Dropped off my car to have new tires installed and an alignment as well. Explained what they will be doing and have me a time on how long it will take between 2 to 3 hours. Professional service overall as this is my go to place for my tires.
