We had a wonderful experience at Big Brand Tires. From the moment I called, the phone conversation was pleasant and professional. When we arrived, the manager, Tim, greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Tim is a very kind and caring gentleman. He took the time to explain what part of our tire could be repaired and what could not. He gave us an accurate estimate of how long the repair would take and even invited us to come inside, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee while we waited. We didn’t expect to receive such outstanding customer service, especially on a busy Friday without an appointment. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Best of all, they were able to repair our tire instead of making us replace it. Their honesty, professionalism, and kindness truly earned our trust. We highly recommend Big Brand Tires, and a special thank you to Tim, Alex, Christian & Rich for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

I made a appointment for a tire rotation online and then saw the service was free. Couldn't believe my eyes but it was. Not often you get anything for free and they didn't even question or try and push me for another service. Thank you so much.
