Best customer service. I was about 1.5 hours from home, my indicator light came on for low pressure tire. I stopped for gas and heard hissing from my tire. I found Ron Gordon, so glad I did. They got me in fast and found a piece of metal in my tire. Good thing I stopped and didn't get on the freeway to head home. Thank you Ron Gordon's Tire for helping a mama out.

Kaiden was excellent to work with on a mutual customers claim. He was super friendly and they are a great shop that is honest and fast at getting the vehicle serviced for repairs. I wish all the repair facilities I work with could be as nice a easy to deal with as Kaiden and Ron Gordon's Tire and service.

Always the best service, so kind, quick, honest, they do a really great job, I don’t feel like I’m getting told something that isn’t true, and I am very grateful for prices. I actually drive an hour for their services due to just how awesome these guys are, I’ve tried others but no one measures up to this standard. 100% recommend!

I had previously had a slow leak in a tire fixed by another tire shop. I’ve gone back twice because it kept losing pressure. Someone told me to try Ron Gordon’s tires instead. I stopped by right before they closed. They checked my pressure and got me right in and took the extra time to get it fixed the right way. No charge and everyone I encountered there was so helpful. I’m friendly. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for my tire needs from here on out!

I love Big Brand Tire!!!! I drive Uber for a living and needed a quick fix on my car to get me back on the road and earning money. They had me in and out in a day and even looked at my car again after I drove down the road and heard a funny noise. It was nothing serious at all and they got rid of the noise in less than five minutes and I was on my way!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
