Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Medford, OR 97501

Did a great job. Friendly staff

awesome help as usual! friendly efficient staff that really go out of their way to make it a good experience! And they got me in fast! Thanks everybody!

I was very impressed with your service on your Dave and Trish since I first started an entire business. I’ve done 90% of my work and I’ll send a lot of people to them. The work you’ve done for me. Today was a blessing to change my spare tire for me and gave me a tire that was better than the one I had. That is what I call you. A customer hand up most field. Don’t realize what little things do to create new customers and I’ll be a customer of yours for a long time. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with you not just all my own vehicles, but sending customers to you from my shop. I’m retired. I used to always just stop by and say hi. I’m looking new set of tires for you and I buy five every time I buy tires I always replace the spare anyway thank you for the wonderful job for the courtesy you represent and I look forward to doing business with the new sincerely steve tell Trish I love her as a friend

Needed a couple tires on the rig. Hit them up… they said pull up… when I got there, I inquired about an alignment, they got me in right after the tires were changed… impeccable service!!!!

I brought my vehicle to Advantage Tire / Big Brand Tire for a wheel bearing repair and had a great experience. Trish has always been helpful and informative, coordinating the work and keeping me updated. Fran was amazing to work with and has a great personality. Tom worked with me to get the job completed in a timely manner. When another issue came up, he identified what needed to be done and got it done. Everyone I dealt with was patient and professional. This was some of the best service I’ve received in the area. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs service for their vehicle or has fleet service needs. I appreciate the whole team and will continue bringing my vehicles here. Thank you all for a job well done!

Great work. Great customer service. Always an awesome place to do business with.

Great service and customer service. Been there for years and will continue to go back.

Best tire at by far the best price with top shelf customer service every time. Discount, Costco, etc - best everybody. The me wheel blowout: 4 new tires for Tesla model 3.

Great service and great friendly staff!

I needn’t have worried that service would change with the name. Nicholas (sp?) at the front counter was courteous and professional. I showed on time for my appointment and my vehicle was seen immediately. Logan was my tech and was very thorough while still getting the job done quickly.
