Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Aubrey, TX 76227

I stopped by this shop yesterday with a flat tire. The guy at the desk (probably in his 50s) was really nice. He listened to what was going on, then asked if he could take a look at the tire. I showed it to him and within seconds he spotted a nail. He asked if I could wait about 30 minutes while they fixed it. I said sure. He took my keys, had me fill out a quick form, and about 20 minutes later they were done and handed the keys back. He just said “no problem” and didn’t charge me anything. I was honestly shocked — they fixed it for free. Usually if I need a flat fixed somewhere, I have to make an appointment ahead of time and end up paying $40–50. This place just took care of it on the spot, no charge. Really impressed by how professional and straightforward they were. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

They were really convenient, super close to my house.. Louis was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with choice of tires 'I' wanted, not the 'company' recommended one..tire pricing was competitive and arrived the next morning..they installed all four of my tires in a little less than an hour..I really liked that they'll fix your flat for FREE even if you didn't buy your tires there! We've got 3 other cars in my household, and we'll definitely be going back to Big Brand Tire..

I take all my family’s cars for service here and will continue in the future. Great service and fair prices.

Had to have my car towed to them got two tires out the same day they went the extra mile to help me get back up to the facility stay till after five for me to close out and get my vehicle. The price he quoted was the price that I paid and Ernesto was beyond Helpful patient and efficient. This is my new car place. I will be back. Give them a try.!!
