Called spur of the moment about getting a front end alignment on my truck. I was told to bring it on in. When I arrived I was greeted and they wrote up my work order right away. Less than 30 mins they had my truck in the shop working on it. Within the hour my truck was ready to go. Drives perfectly. Very pleased with the staff and level of service. Great job guys.

AJ and his team were the best! They showed sincere interest when I explained that I had lost control of my car when I hit a large puddle of water on the interstate during my TDY travels to this area. Fortunately, the hydroplane didn’t cause a crash. The technician immediately jumped on finding out what could have caused the problem. I am so grateful they were spot on with repairs, considering I am good with keeping up with maintenance. My car feels much safer on the road! 🙏🏼 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🏆

These guys are great. I was told by another business that my lower control arms/bushings were worn out and needed to be replaced. I brought it to Big Brand Tire & Service for a second opinion. They checked it out and gave me an honest diagnosis and informed me that they were fine and were far from needing replaced. They are honest and fair. Highly recommended!
