Unfortunately, I got a flat near Cedar City on my way home to SLC and my spare toolkit didn’t have the necessary tools to replace. I was towed to RR and despite it being a busy day they were able to see me right away. Not only that but they found the issue for the flat was the valve stem. After replacing it, they told me it was no charge. I thought no way and wanted to pay something. Derek and his team refused cheerfully. Best customer service I’ve ever received, especially when many orgs in the industry will take advantage of situations like this. Honest and integrity is paramount. Thanks fellas!
