I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire Service. The mechanics and staff were extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I can’t *brake* enough to recommend this tire shop! After becoming single five years ago, I found myself in need of a mechanic and stumbled upon Jim’s little tire shop. I walked in prepared for a *bumpy ride* with my wallet, knowing how notoriously mechanics can be. To my surprise, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and relaxed—it was like a pit stop in a race! Jim took the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel at ease as I joked about being clueless about car troubles post-divorce. Seriously, I felt like I was in the *fast lane* to disaster! But Jim’s honesty and straightforward approach completely *tire-d* my worries away. Over the past five years, I’ve trusted no one else for my car needs, from brakes to tires to electronic repairs. They really know how to *steer* you in the right direction! Recently, my husband needed some auto work, and he looked at me like I was *nuts* when I said we should go to Jim’s. The owner and Sway were super helpful and helped us find stems for our 61 mortis minor. Those tires and rims were Rough! Very accommodating and got us in and out 😎👍
