My daughter had a nail in her tire, I called Big Brand Tire and was told by a very nice man they would repair it for free. Took the car in on Sunday afternoon and we were out in less than a half hour. I definitely recommen this shop! Great customer service.

i got my 4 tires on 2022 miata ..this shop is good and doesn't try to rip you ...sonny is a great guy he helped me find the right tire and test fit couple for me too ....definitely recommended shop for tires in concord

Went in because one of my tires had a leak. Turns out it had a screw in it. They fixed it and checked the rest of tires …all for free! What a great surprise.
