Currently on a work trip and noticed my tire was a bit flat. Took it to another tire shop in town and they said they couldn’t find any leaks. Last night my tire was flat again. Thankfully I was able to pump it up, but decided to have it professionally checked again. Art helped me out and went as far as showing my where my tire had two punctures. No idea how the other shop missed not one but two holes in my tire. I’m visiting from over 100 miles away. Art and his team definitely saved me a nightmare on the highway. Set me up with a new tire and a way to safely get back home! Definitely recommend this shop

The team at Big Brand is friendly and reliable. I went for a free alignment check last week and was in and out in about 25 minutes. I asked a tech if he had spare valve stem caps, as mine were leaking and I was missing one, and they gave me a free set. Today, I had a similar experience where friendly staff remembered me, and I received a free tire rotation with an appointment and two tire deliveries ahead of me; it took only 45 minutes! If you need vehicle service, visit Big Brand downtown—they'll take care of you!

Came in to Big Brand Tire & Service to get wheel locks installed on my wheels and had a great experience. Erick, the store manager, helped me out and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and providing good service.
