I’ve been a customer for years here trusting them with multiple vehicles. The prices are always fair and the customer service is phenomenal - they are always very professional and communicative and don’t try and upsell you things that aren’t necessary. They have a top notch tire warranty that has come in handy multiple times for flat repair or tire replacement for free. A++!

My first time here myself, however my general go-to Precision Auto took my car here before for rotator arms replacement/ installation. If it’s great enough for many other German auto owners it’s great enough for me! Fast services and a fair price. Be back if I need to! 🛞 😊

I came in to Big Brand yesterday afternoon after work the technician found the nail that was in my tire a suggested that I make an appointment for the next day I really didn't have a lot of time to make an appointment but I did stop in and they set me up with a quick appointment and I was very pleased because I had to go back to work I came back after they called it was fixed and they actually did not charge me for this service which I was very happy to see I was very willing to pay. But they were very kind and very helpful and yes I would recommend them to others for good service and quality work
