Have had my last 3 cars here for repairs I either don’t want to do, or am either ill equipped mentally, or tools-wise for the job that needs done. Usually fast service, and usually nail the job on the first attempt. They’re always courteous, competitively priced, and are willing to take any job, no matter how cruddy. I’d recommend these guys 10 times out of 10. It’s like having that reliable go-to guy that can get you back on the road and not taking your entire wallet to do it. It’s a genuine honest shop with the same great people from Tire Ruffin.

Big Brand is great. Had a tire low on air they removed the tire and checked for an issue with a puncture and reset the low tire alert and never charged me

I called with a nail in my tire and they were able to squeeze me right in and fix my tire, getting me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with the small town feeling of them looking out for you.
