I was able to get an appointment online conveniently to have my tire checked because I picked up a nail. They took care of it right away. The folks are very friendly and professional, and they wouldn’t take any money for the flat repair which ended up not actually being a repair, but they spent time with my vehicle and wouldn’t charge me. That and the old school values in this of this place and competitive prices means I’ll be buying my tires here. We should try to support businesses embrace the values that we’ve come to regard as mostly lost. At least I sometimes have. Values are not lost here.

Great experience. Car started making a concerning noise and called around to several shops to see if they could take a look, Big Brand tire was the only one that offered to diagnose it that afternoon to ease my mind, free of charge, and identified the issue and offered me quotes on part I needed and repair. It was a Friday afternoon but they got me in for the fix Monday! Great customer service!

I had an emergency tire issue. Doug was not only caring and empathetic, but he effortlessly and efficiently handled the situation which put me at ease right away. By the next day (early afternoon) Doug and his team had me safely on the road out of town with no disruption in my schedule. They are the best!
