I had a wonderful experience with Big Brand Tire & Service in Seaside! I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone was honest, professional, and straightforward from the beginning. They explained what my car needed without trying to sell me anything unnecessary, and the price was very reasonable compared with other places I had checked. I booked wheel alignment online for 10 AM on a Saturday. When I arrived I noticed they were very busy as I suspected. Several cars being worked on and people waiting in the office for their car to be ready. I was concerned I may have to wait long time. I asked the gentleman and he confirmed my car would be done by 11 AM and it was! They also remembered the $25 discount I was offered when I booked the service online (I had forgotten about that). So overall I was very happy with the service and the waiting time. I will be going there again for tires and wheel alignment.

I went in to get a tire looked at that had been loosing pressure with a slow leak. When I showed up they were very busy. I was asked to come back in about 11/2 hours. When I got back they were still busy and nearing the end of the day. Regardless, they worked me in Ang got the tire fixed. No pressure to buy a new tire and then, no charge!
