I had an excellent experience with them in SF. Their customer service genuinely lives up to all the great reviews on Yelp and Google. I came in with a tire that needed to be patched, and they fixed it completely free of charge, exactly as promised. My tires are pretty old, and they were honest about that, they let me know I should keep an eye on them and that I may need to replace them eventually. What I really appreciated was that they did not use that as an opportunity to aggressively upsell me or pressure me into buying new tires. Instead, they patched the tire, did exactly what they said they would do, and simply mentioned that I could come back to them whenever I was ready for a tire change. Miles did an excellent job and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s refreshing to find a place that is honest, true to their word, and focused on actually helping the customer rather than making a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to replace my tires. Highly recommend!
