Tire Shop & Auto Repair in San Francisco, CA 94103

Excellent customer service. Myles checked me in and got me set up with Jose to patch my tire. Everyone was very friendly and the service was done well and prompt. Greatly appreciative especially since I had my newborn with me. Thank you!

Big Brand Tires and Service helped me out of jam due to a screw in my tire. They quickly repaired the tire and got me on my way for free. They were also just solid friendly people. They have my highest regards. A wonderful business.

I made an appointment online and ordered my tires. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment, checked in and was told it would be 1.5 hours. I told them I thought I would need new front brake pads. They checked and said they were still good. One and a half hours later, I was back on the road. Honest and professional. I would highly recommend.

They’ve always taken great care of me but on my recent visit, they were able to solve a tricky problem with a much easier fix than expected. That’s why I come here for all maintenance

Fast service and helpful workers. The tire repair went smoothly and was free. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Thank you for your help and we recommend this service.

Friendly staff and great service!

Yuri was amazing. Helped me find the tires I needed and got me a competitive price without a bunch of back and forth. Had my truck towed straight in and I wasn't even there and they handled it all, got me all squared away and out the door by closing time. I will recommend Big Brand Tire to anyone in need of new rubber. Much appreciated!!

Very nice and friendly staff took care of me last minute Anthony was very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this place

I had an excellent experience with them in SF. Their customer service genuinely lives up to all the great reviews on Yelp and Google. I came in with a tire that needed to be patched, and they fixed it completely free of charge, exactly as promised. My tires are pretty old, and they were honest about that, they let me know I should keep an eye on them and that I may need to replace them eventually. What I really appreciated was that they did not use that as an opportunity to aggressively upsell me or pressure me into buying new tires. Instead, they patched the tire, did exactly what they said they would do, and simply mentioned that I could come back to them whenever I was ready for a tire change. Miles did an excellent job and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s refreshing to find a place that is honest, true to their word, and focused on actually helping the customer rather than making a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to replace my tires. Highly recommend!
