These guys absolutely saved my day! I urgently needed to get my wheels balanced before driving back to Los Angeles, and they had everything done in literally 30 minutes. Had a nail in a tire I needed repaired. Tony took care of me, gave me a good estimate on timing, which was fast considering two people were in front of me. Could not have been easier, guys are super courteous and friendly, definitely will come back for anything tire related.

I think everyone gets upset when a one’s car’s wheel gets flat due to unexpected nail or screw. So I was driving my car to check on my other car that was dropped off for maintenance and noticed something stuck in to one of my wheels, so I checked and here you go: one magical screw somehow got screwed in deep in to a wheel, so immediately I started to check is there any tire repair shop nearby so I found these guys: Big Brand Tires and Service, so as soon as I went there I was greeted by one of staff members, his name was Ury and his colleague Myles, they checked on my car and they assigned a technician, and despite their being busy with other customers, they were able to fix the tire within 40 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for their great service and customer care. Now I know where to take my car when I need wheels repair or replacement.
