Called ahead to schedule a leveling kit to be installed. I planned to take the truck to get tires at a later date and thought I might as well ask them if they can compete on price. I asked and they were able to get exactly what I needed and for a price that is as good as I could get anywhere else. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Great service and work. My left front tire had a screw in it. Big Brand took care of the problem and did not charge anything.

I had a nail in my tire resulting in low tire pressure. Big Brand Tire & Service fixed it for me at no charge, without trying to sell me additional services. Customer service was excellent. When I need new tires, I will definitely shop here. I would recommend them.
