Had fairly new front brake caliper go out while in Austin, Tx. 260 miles from my home. Got my truck to Big Brand on Saturday afternoon. They got me back on the road by Sunday at noon. Did a good job, very courteous and explained what they did. Gave me the old burned brake part to take to my service shop here in Paestine,Tx. Would recommend them for work in Austin. TX

In 40 years of driving, this is the BEST tire shop I've ever transacted with! They had extreme knowledge about everything tires/alignment related and were able to explain it in an easy-to-digest yet articulate informed and friendly manner. Shout out to both Krista and Kathryn who were the friendliest pros with which I've ever discussed tires, and also their alignment specialist who explained everything. They worked with me on prices (matching an unused credit from another shops), explained everything about new & used tires, and even aligned it according to the exact specs I was seeking ! I may never buy tires at another place! HTH. Thanks to everyone at Big Brand Tires Research Blvd location!

I ordered 4 tires through their website and they were ready at their shop to be installed within 24 hours. When I arrived, Kathryn helped me inspect the pothole damage I sustained on two of my tires and helped me complete my tire warranty claim on the phone with my provider. She truly went above and beyond in helping me with my claim and even sent the signed receipt to them! The installation and balancing of my new 4 tires went flawlessly and within a couple hours I was out the door enjoying my new tires and with my claim being processed. Thank you Kathryn, and Big Brand team!
