It’s very rare to find such an honest, friendly and respectful business in this day and age. I had called the Big Brand Tire shop at Anderson Mill and Research Boulevard to see if they can fix a flat on one of my tires. They gave me an appointment for the same day and told me that they will fix the flat for free. I came in and they fixed my tire and made absolutely no fuss about it. I really like their service and I’m going to be giving them a lot more of my business.

I cannot recommend Big Brand Tire & Service enough. As someone who sometimes feels intimidated at auto shops, they made me feel completely respected and informed. They explained exactly what my tires needed, provided a few cost-saving options, and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary upsells. Honest, fair-priced, and very quick. The team at this location 13450 Research Boulevard always doing an outstanding job and the manager is amazing! Definitely recommend 10/10 because five is not enough!!

Came in for a 4-wheel alignment since a dealership stated there was uneven wear on tires and recommended it. The team here inspected my car in less than 10 minutes and notified me that the alignment wasn't necessary at the current levels. They called before any service was rendered, saving me a decent bill. Shout out to Luis and Michael! Definitely coming back here for when the tire-time comes. A trustworthy shop!
