Took a family trip up to Oregon and found myself with some serious suspension issues 1,300 miles from home. Called around and found they were close by. Jenny was very informative, nice and very helpful the whole process. They expedited the parts needed to get me back on the road and were communicating the whole time my truck was there. The folks at Trendsetters know exactly what they are doing. I called to get pricing on lifting my 2020 Tacoma OR with 5100s, new wheels, and new tires. They answered all my questions, gave me some wheels options as I was undecided (went with Method 316), worked with me through the right tire size (went Falken AT/4 - 285/70/17). They went out of their way to get all parts to the shop quickly as I was on a time crunch due to worn tires and a road trip the following weekend. Not only did they get all the parts on time, but got me in the shop a day early and they finished in under 5 hours. The pricing was better than I expected and they worked with me on my budget, and with finding the wheels and tires that I liked with availability to get here quickly. This shop rocks! Jacob took great care of me , and the shop owner is awesome and was there and checking that I was satisfied and she definitely has truck and truck accessories knowledge! Hell yeah! Thanks for taking care of me! You won’t be disappointed if you check in with Trendsetters!
