When I went in I was told it would be awhile because they had 4 customers in front of me. I was there just a hair over an hour and I was headed out the door with a smile on my face. Flat was fixed and since I bought my tires there, NO CHARGE. Woohoo!! You can't beat that with a stick. Great job!!

Big Brand Tires in Henderson, Texas has set the bar high!! Patching and plugging tires at no cost to customers; removing old useless Ford spare tire keys; loading and unloading tires; the customer service has become unmatched in Henderson. Why go anywhere else??? Five stars!

I've been here twice now. Staff is very friendly. No pushy sales tactics. Today they completed my free 22 point inspection let me know there were no issues before I head out on a 1200 mile road trip. They also went the extra mile and ran a code for my check engine light to let me know what was needed. The repair was not a service they provide or I would have gotten it done here. Will be back for sure!

I had a flat and needed to get the tire replaced. I stopped in and they took great care of me. The staff was courteous and fast. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I am working out of town, headed on 1000 mile trip tomorrow. Need my tires rotated, they had me in and out quickly, I tried to pay them and explained I probably won’t be back here and that was a great service for their local clients. They would not charge me! I tried to pay them, how so un 2026 of them!! When I need tires again, I will drive back here to get them!!
