I can't say enough good things about the team at Big Brand Tire. They are knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy qualities that can be hard to find. I've trusted them with oil changes and minor repairs for quite some time, and recently, when my car unexpectedly broke down, they went above and beyond by arranging a tow truck that arrived within 20 minutes. I truly have nothing but great things to say about their team and the way they take care of their customers. I will continue recommending Big Brand Tire to my friends and family without hesitation.

As usual, they were super busy! Also, as per usual, it was no muss no fuss. They worked me in for an oil change in the middle of it all and got me on my way. It took about 2hrs, but I will gladly wait for the service there! They might be Big Brand now, but they still have the small town feel.

Several times in the last month Big Brand Tire has come to my rescue. I hit a pothole & blew a tire on highway 65 by University. I called Mike & he sent his repairman with a new tire & he mounted the tire on the rim on the side of the highway. Very dangerous. It’s also nice calling Cami as she is always helpful and friendly.
