I’d give 10 stars if I could! To the staff at this location- Thank you! We’ve been coming here since 2020 and never had a bad experience but today was worthy of this review. Sunny, you are the man! So great at your job, we appreciate you! Lorenzo is awesome as well! And to my mechanic.. the longish hair very sweet gentleman with the kitty cat.. thank you for fixing the noise coming from our car! The work here is exceptional, you can trust these guys! Thank you all! I hope you all get raises! You can’t get better customer service. Standing ovation to you! 💙

Very exceptional customer service! I took my car in on Friday because that morning my car was giving me trouble since the AC compressor had went out, and I recently got into an accident as well. I took my car in on Friday and they did an inspection on it, came back to me with an upfront price and honest feedback instead of beating around the bush. They were even so kind to give me a discount off of the price. Overall I’m happy they were able to fix my car in a timely manner and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend ☺️ thank you guys again!

This place is very clean and the waiting rooms are very nice. They have a come machine that you can get soda out of and drink while you wait for your car. The restroom is very clean and thats a must in my books! Everyone wants a clean restroom. The guys there were awesome and got me in and out in no time. Big Brand Tires & Service is on my top list of shops! Thanks for great service 👍🏼 ✨️💥💯
