My fiance and I had a flat and we called and they set a tire aside, we arrived here and they immediately took the car back to fix the tire and air up the rest of my tires. Amazing customer service, friendly smiles and conversations! The best experience ive had at a tire shop!!

This was my first time visiting Big Brand Tires, and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and had my oil change and state inspection completed quickly. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and efficient work. I’ll definitely be back!

Called around for pricing on an alignment in the Denton/Cross Roads area. Big Tire had a coupon, making them the best price among the places I called. Booked apptmt for the next mrng.
